Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day, provided the ordered item is in stock. Orders are not processed, shipped, or fulfilled on weekends or federal holidays unless prior arrangements have been expressly approved by Ronbus.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates or transit times displayed on this website or provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ronbus shall not issue refunds for shipping charges due to delivery occurring after an estimated delivery date, provided the shipment is delivered within the standard delivery timeframe applicable to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from facilities located in Kentucky or Tennessee. Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance to account for potential delays caused by inventory availability, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Ronbus’s control.
Shipping Options
Customers may select from free shipping and other paid shipping options available at checkout. If expedited shipping services beyond those listed are required, customers must contact Ronbus prior to placing the order.
If the free shipping option is selected, Ronbus reserves the sole discretion to determine the shipping carrier, service level, and delivery speed used for fulfillment.
Shipping Locations
Ronbus currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, including shipments to Canada. Warranty replacement shipments are also limited to addresses within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing applicable tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Ronbus shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment due to address errors shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivered Packages
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Because packages may not fit within a standard mailbox, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is secure and suitable for receipt of the shipment.
Ronbus shall not be liable for packages reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Any delivery-related issue must be reported to Ronbus within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in denial of any claim, replacement, or refund request.
Delivery Issues and Claims
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address or arrives damaged, the customer must provide all information and documentation reasonably requested by Ronbus to facilitate an insurance claim or carrier investigation. Failure or refusal to provide such information shall void eligibility for replacement or refund.
No order shall be refunded or replaced until all applicable carrier claim procedures have been fully exhausted.
For domestic orders shipped via the United States Postal Service, replacement or refund requests will not be considered until fifteen (15) business days have elapsed from the shipment date.
For packages shipped to U.S. territories or military addresses outside the continental United States, replacement or refund requests will not be considered until thirty (30) business days have elapsed from the shipment date.
